Beachfront Villa is just 100 meters from the beach — a quick 1–2 minute walk. You can easily go back and forth during the day without needing a car.

Elani is a seaside area near Siviri, on the Kassandra peninsula in Halkidiki, Greece. It’s known for its pine forest surroundings and clear waters, and it’s a great base to explore Kassandra’s beaches and villages.

3) Is the beach sandy? Is the sea calm?

The nearby beach is sandy with clear, shallow- family friendly safe blue water. Sea conditions are usually calm, especially in the morning—like all beaches, it can get wavier on windy days but it is rare.

4) Is parking available?

Yes — free parking is available near the property, making it easy for families and groups to arrive with luggage and move around Halkidiki by car.

5) How many guests can stay?

The villa sleeps up to 10 guests, making it ideal for families or groups who want space, comfort, and quick access to the beach.
